  • Hot water buffer expanded to 9 m³

Project Description:

Bergland milk is the largest Austrian dairy owned by the dairy farmers who produce milk and dairy specialties under brands such as Schärdinger, Tirol Milch etc. At Voitsberg quality cheese is manufactured.

Hot water at 60° C is produced for all production process by Heat recovery from Schaukelwassertank, reheated by primary steam.Steam boiler and air compressor can reduce waste heat sources.Hot water tank is expanded by 9 m3 , Excess energy is used for heating permeate feed water supply.
